Two Abandoned Projects in Jakarta to Be Completed Soon

Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung is committed to soon completing two abandoned projects in Jakarta. These are the dismantling of the monorail poles on Jalan Rasuna Said and the utilization of the Sumber Waras Hospital land.

Regarding the abandoned monorail pole on Jalan Rasuna Said, he intends to start arranging it from early January. This will include cleaning the monorail poles, widening the road, and repairing the sidewalks.

"I want that place to be beautiful, there must be a touch of architecture," he expressed, at Blok M Hub, South Jakarta," he expressed, Friday (10/17).

Council Supports Arrangement of Abandoned Monorail Poles

According to him, it is also simultaneously to address the ongoing traffic jam problem.

His party will also transform the approximately 3.8-hectare land of Sumber Waras Hospital into an A-type hospital.

To resolve these issues, the government even took various measures, including consulting with the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

"Alhamdulillah (thank God), we have received the green light from the KPK to proceed," he explained.

His party is preparing two alternatives to utilize the hospital land. That is relocating Tarakan Hospital of type A with limited land or building a new iconic hospital with Betawi ornaments.
